Freedom to Paint

Pinkney Herbert

Registration Closed.

With the idea that every painting is a self-portrait, this workshop eliminates restraints through intuitive work. The spontaneity of paint enables students to explore and express who they are as artists.

Demonstrations covering many possibilities for applying acrylics and their glazes on a variety of surfaces will expand painting abilities. Experimentation and play coupled with new techniques will result in work filled with personal symbols, memories, and responses to the environment. No previous experience needed, just a desire to imagine and create.

This workshop is for all levels of learners.
